Corporate health care
Corporate health
As an employer, you naturally want your staff to stay healthy and strong so that they can perform their work tasks effectively. This is where occupational health care comes in.
It has become increasingly common for companies to offer occupational health care for their employees, with both wellness care and preventive care/rehabilitation becoming increasingly well-established.
Fast and effective occupational health care can result in lower sick leave
As an employer, you naturally want your staff to stay healthy and strong so that employees can perform their work tasks effectively. Back and neck problems are the most common causes of sick leave and early retirement, these problems often lead to long-term pain that affects the individual’s energy, mood, concentration and work ability.
It has become increasingly common for companies to offer occupational health for their employees, where both wellness and preventive care/rehabilitation are becoming increasingly well-established.
Chiropractic & Naprapathy for Business
Many companies choose to collaborate with a Chiropractor or Naprapath to help their employees with:
- Acute help to reduce pain
- Stabilization/rehabilitation to increase the body’s ability to heal.
- Preventive measures to reduce the risk of relapse with the help of ergonomics and posture training.
A chiropractor and a naprapath are licensed professionals who are covered by health care and are therefore not covered by a wellness allowance. However, treatments are deductible for companies as part of occupational health care.

Deductible
Companies may deduct the cost of preventive treatment, wellness care and rehabilitation. A chiropractor or naprapath can be hired for these purposes as well as for health care.
