Frequently asked questions and answers
What is the difference between a chiropractor and a naprapath?
There is no major difference between a chiropractor and a naprapath, but just like in all professions, there can be individual differences between the therapists. In general, chiropractors work more with the spine and nervous system, while naprapaths work more with the cause of a problem, treatment and rehabilitation training.
Are chiropractic and naprapathy safe treatment methods?
Yes, chiropractic and naprapathy are safe treatment methods when performed by an academically trained therapist. All of our therapists specialize in their field and have undergone academic training to be able to offer safe and effective treatments.
Can I deduct chiropractic or naprapathy at the company?
Yes, companies can deduct the cost of preventive treatment, wellness and rehabilitation with us at Nordic Chiropractic, Naprapati & Massage. A naprapath or chiropractor can be hired for these purposes as a health and medical professional.
Can I use my health care allowance?
Yes, you can use your wellness allowance when you book a massage or rehab training with us. You cannot use your wellness allowance for chiropractic or naprapathy, but it is deductible for companies.
How many visits do I need?
It depends on the type of pain you are experiencing and how long you have had it. Some pain will ease after 1-2 treatments, while others may need to be treated regularly for several months.
